Organic Coppa from Ajaccio

Made from French organic meat, this Coppa is made from the pig’s loin, marinated in salt. It is peppered and seasoned with herbs from the Maquis before being dried to give it an inimitable flavour. Coppa is eaten with pasta, cheese and good wine.
