Organic Pyrenean Ham is a gourmet product! It comes from the leg of organically-farmed pork. The ham is trimmed and then subtly seasoned with Salie-De-Béarn salt PGI*. This product from the south-west of France develops powerful, original aromas after 10 months’ curing in a cellar. Organic Pyrenean ham can be added to your recipes: as a starter, a main course or an aperitif.
